Processing Time
All orders ship within 2 business days. Please allow additional time during holidays, restocks, or high-volume periods.

Shipping Method
All packages are shipped via USPS Standard Shipping (3–5 business days).
A tracking number is included with every order.

Delays
We are not responsible for USPS delays, weather issues, or any postal service disruptions that may affect delivery times.

Shipping to Loved Ones / Incarcerated Individuals
You are fully responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information when sending items to a loved one in an institution.
This includes (but is not limited to):

• Full legal name
• CDCR number (or applicable ID)
• Housing location/unit
• Facility address
• Any additional details required by the institution

We are not responsible for packages returned, rejected, or delayed due to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated inmate mailing information.

Address Errors
If an incorrect address is provided, we cannot refund or replace your order. Please verify all information before checkout.
